What we did

• AI built their new website.
• We mapped every step from first lead to signed contract with the team.
• We found an extra contract writing step and cut it.
• We wrote clear office answers to the questions customers ask most, plus Day 3, Day 6 and Day 9 follow up texts.
• We drafted the contract intake fields and designed an AI bot that watches the CRM for a ready for contract note, checks the details and drafts the next step for a person to approve.
• We introduced the team to AI bots.

What changed

A new website, and quotes get approved faster with one less step.

The follow up bot is still being built and tested on a practice client before it touches real jobs, so there are no numbers to share yet. A person checks everything AI touches.
